Suzanne Mitchell leads a Master Class in the art of creating and distributing documentary films that are relevant in today’s evolving media landscape. From start to finish no project is complete when the camera stops rolling and the edit is locked. Learn how to identify your core audience early on in your project and consider what separates your film and its subject matter from others that have come before it. In this two hour class, Suzanne will discuss gaining access to a particular personal story or subject while understanding the importance of identifying lead character(s) for documentary film.  Included will be a demonstration on how to craft a practical distribution plan for your film. The class will conclude with a group discussion that will draw from attendee’s questions.
